Dear Parents and Guardians of Eighth Grade Graduates:

Congratulations! With the 2026-2027 academic year underway, we are already beginning to plan our 8th-grade commencement activities to celebrate your student’s accomplishments here at Marie Curie Middle School. This letter is to inform you that to cover the additional cost of these activities, we will be collecting 8th-grade activities fees. Each family is asked to pay the sum of $85.00 for each of their graduating children.

The graduation costs include:

Graduation caps, gowns, and tassels
Diplomas and diploma cases
Graduation venue

Graduation T-Shirt
Senior Awards
Printing of tickets and programs

Dear Parents and Guardians of Eighth Grade Graduates:

Congratulations! Senior Year is in full swing! Middle school graduation is a milestone in your student’s accomplishments here at Marie Curie Middle School. This letter is to inform you of the opportunity to purchase a Class of 2027 Yearbook! Each year the Yearbook Committee puts together a beautiful hardcover book featuring color pages of pictures taken of the 8th grade students throughout their senior year and the Senior Portraits of the Class of 2027.

Yearbooks are distributed to students at the Yearbook Party where students have the opportunity to spend time with each other and their teachers to sign books, and take part in a school yard party. The cost for a yearbook is $55.00 and is non-refundable.

In addition, families have the opportunity to upgrade their graduates yearbook with a personalized color booster ad. Families will be able to create their booster on the Jostens Yearbook Company website. More information for booster ads will be sent out in October.
