Remote Learning Checklist
In order to help the students who are having a hard time organizing everything in remote learning we have created a checklist. This checklist has 7 steps to take on a daily basis to ensure you are understanding what you need to do. Please see the attachment with the checklist and the link below to a video tutorial. As always if you need any help please reach out to us.

Hungry? MS158 is a pickup location.
MS158 is a grab and go lunch pick up site for all remote learning students. Parents can pick up meals between 9:00am-12:00pm daily
Adult feeding sites are:

Adult meals are available between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily

- Queens Library has online reference services available, including our Ask-A-Librarian page which explains how to live chat, email, or phone/text librarians with research questions.
- If you do not have a library card, you can apply online for an e-card, which is good for all of our online resources including databases and e-books. An e-card can be changed to a traditional library card at any of the open branches to check out physical items.
Need help with online learning assignments?

1. How do students keep track of their assignments?
Student Daily Assignment Tracker- Use this tool to keep track of your daily remote learning assignments- You can print it out or use it on your computer.
2. Where do students find their account ID and password?
To retrieve your account ID and password:
- Go to Student Account Self ServiceOpens in a new browser tab
- Enter your 9-digit Student ID number. (You can find your Student ID number on a report card, your student ID card, or in your NYCSAOpens in a new browser tab account.)
- Enter your birthday.
- Click Continue.
- If the information you enter matches your student record, your username will be displayed.
- Your student ID is your username followed by @nycstudents.netOpens in a new browser tab. For example, if your username is JaneD, your student account ID is JaneD@nycstudents.netOpens in a new browser tab.
3.HowOpens in a new browser tab do students access Google Classroom?
To access Google Classroom:
- Go to https://accounts.google.com/Opens in a new browser tab
- Enter your DOE Student Username.
- Click Next.
- Enter your password.
- Click Next.
- If the username and password entered are correct, you will be signed-in successfully.
4. How do students access Office 365?
To access Microsoft Office 365:

- Enter your email and password.
- If the username and password entered are correct, you will be signed-in successfully.
5. How do I sign in to Google Classroom?
